Oscars 2020 : 11 nominations pour "Joker", un court métrage belge en lice

« Joker » de Todd Phillips part en tête de la course pour la 92ème édition des Oscars avec onze nominations au total. Le film est en lice dans les catégories du meilleur film, meilleur acteur, meilleur réalisateur, meilleur scénario adapté, et de nombreuses catégories techniques. Il devance « The Irishman » de Martin Scorsese, « Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood » de Quentin Tarantino et « 1917 » de Sam Mendes, ceux-ci trustent dix nominations.
La Belgique sera représentée par « Une soeur » de Delphine Girard. Le film est nommé dans la catégorie court métrage de fiction.

 

La cérémonie de remise des prix se déroulera le 9 dimanche février, soit quinze jours plus tôt qu’en 2019. Ce sera au Dolby Theatre de Los Angeles.
